Two handkerchiefs in Carrickmacross, Ireland, late 19th century. With floral decoration, one with branches of small foliage and stylized flowers in application of cotton muslin on a fine cotton tulle, well aired by small cartridges decorated with picotted flanges and adorned with four large cartridges finely needle-embroidered in each corner (mint condition) the other in Carrickmacross guipure with motifs of flowers cut out of cotton muslin, needle-embroidered and connected by thin pitted flanges, the corners and sides decorated with cartridges of finely needle-embroidered cotton tulle (washed, some small accidents)
