Do they think of the grape? circa 1880 Folded fan, a sheet of paper lined with skin, painted with a child hiding behind a peasant girl's skirt to better observe the lovers by the side of the road. The couple is borrowed from Watteau's work, "Do they think of the grape?". Signed on the right, in red, "Lasellaz", on the reverse: forget-me-not frieze, white mother-of-pearl frame pierced, engraved and gilded. Bélière.H.t. 27 cm / H.f. 13,5 cm (good condition, wear on folds, rest. on plumes)
