Two large white embroidered fichus for an Arlésienne costume, mid-19th century.
Two large squares in embroidered cotton muslin, right side down on two sides and wrong side up on two other sides for a triangle wear, one in chain stitch Dim.100 x 95 cm (good condition, one very small accident in a corner and two pale small stains) and one with embroidered border of a waving branch loaded with blooming roses and their foliage, Dim.1.21 x 1.20 m (a few small holes).
