A handkerchief embroidered with ears of wheat, 19th century. Finely hand-spun linen embroidered in plumetis and sandpoint with ears of wheat, symbol of prosperity and wealth, interlaced with fine twigs with tiny flowers and supported by a series of medallions decorated with various fashions and festooning the border, large monogram BC decorated with flowers embroidered in a corner, hemmed with a flounce in Lille bobbin lace (good condition, two very small holes in the linen, two small holes in the flounce).
