Burma, Shan style, 19th century.
Fragment sculpted in alabaster, with a downcast expression, the eyes, eyebrows and mouth are enhanced with a brown line, the earlobes are partially decorated and the hair held in a bun is enhanced with red lacquer.
Mounted on a modern black wooden base.
Age wear, accidents, as is.
