Art Massim, reproduced on page 108 Made from the aerial root of the pandanus tree, this comb takes the form of a flared fan with fourteen teeth, the base of which is consolidated by a ligature of plant fibers. The straight handle, tapering to the end, reinforces the elegance and delicacy of the composition.
