3. ANLOR (born 1978) Ladies with guns. Original illustration, signed, for the boxed set of the complete series (volumes 1,2,3) published in January 2023 by Dargaud (based on a scenario by Olivier Bocquet) and pencil sketch. Pencil, blue pencil, Indian ink and wash on paper. 41.8x65.3 cm. Anlor worked for ten years in animation and stop-motion as an animator and director. In 2010, she turned to comics with the trilogy "Les Innocents Coupables", followed by the diptychs "Amère Russie" (Prix St Michel for best album 2015 in Brussels), "À Coucher Dehors" and "Camp Poutine", hybrid tales between adventure and social chronicle. In 2020, Anlor joins forces with Olivier Bocquet at Dargaud to launch "Ladies With Guns" (Dargaud), a modern, fast-paced western.
