Parasol, 2017 Parasol, the cover in white organza, overcoat in off-white tulle, embroidered in gold with spider motif, mounted at disposal. Plexiglas cane finished with a brass pommel turned to fine gold, the nut and runner in brass turned and gilded to fine gold. Goldsmith's hallmark "NM" for Nicolas Marischael. This parasol umbrella is a resurgence of the early parasol mount on the model offered in this sale, lot no. 3. Total length 100 cm Eight square-section Plexiglas ribs, 43 cm (as new) N.B.: this parasol was shown in the "Wonder Lab" exhibition at the Tokyo National Museum in Japan in 2017, and at the National Museum of China in Beijing in 2019.
