Pair of beards, collars and ties, spindles, 18th and 2nd half of 19th century. A pair of beards in Malines lace with undulating branches loaded with flowers and foliage, circa 1760-80, light ivory linen (a few stains), a large shawl collar in Duchesse de Bruxelles bobbin lace with three cartouches in needlepoint gauze decorated with roses with detached petals (small stains, small holes in two cartouches) and a tie in very fine Chantilly lace, Bayeux, grenadine silk (a few small brown stains). Provenance: background of an Antwerp house.
