Rosewood and amaranth table opening with a drawer in the belt and equipped with a shelf covered with garnet leather. It rests on four curved feet. Sabots in bronze. Louis XV period. Iron mark of the Grandes Ecuries de Versailles. H. 0,69 m - W : 0,50 m - D : 0,355 m (Misses, accidents to the veneer) The iron mark of the Grandes Ecuries of Versailles dates from the 19th century. Built by Jules-Hardouin Mansart between 1679 and 1682, the Small and Large Stables are located symmetrically on the other side of the Place d'armes. In the XIXth century they were used as a furniture storehouse.
