Two pairs of beards, Mechelen, spindles, circa 1750-60. In linen finely realized with the spindles of which a pair of barbs with rare background of armor, floral motives and flexible cartridges decorated with small motives or with the fills of the snowflake, color light ivory, Dim. 51 cm X 8 cm at the widest (good general state, sewings with the ends, some pale spots) and a pair of barbs butted, undulating frieze, branches of stylized flowers and cartridges decorated with florets and of the four-leafed clover symbol of the city of Malines. Cream-grey color. Dim. 115 cm x 9 cm at the widest (good condition)
