Tie pin in gold 750e decorated with the insignia of the order of the Brassard de Bordeaux (184-1830) (small accidents to the enamel) H. H.: of the badge 1,6 cm Gross weight: 2,2 g Created on July 12, 1814 by the Duke of Angouleme under the title of ''Ordre du Brassard de Bordeaux'' (approved by Louis XVIII on September 6, 1814) to reward the royalist supporters who had ''declared'' themselves earlier to prepare the establishment of the royal power. They had come to escort the duke and duchess of Angouleme when they entered Bordeaux on March 12, 1814. It consists of a golden sun, double face, surmounted by a golden crown and bearing in the center, the two initials LL.
