Facsimile of Victor Hugo's birth certificate, extracted from the Registres de l'État civil de Besançon, published in 1902, on the occasion of the centenary of his birth. Bulletin de demande d'emprunt de livre à la Bibliothèque nationale, dated August 8, 1872, for Les Procès du Congrès de 1825, by Victor Hugo's son (François-Victor Hugo), signed and written by the latter. Bulletin des Lois n°1191 dated April 13, 1845, naming Victor Hugo a titular member of the Institute and elevated to the dignity of Peer of France. Some foxing, bends, but overall good condition.
