Beautiful set of 30 documents and correspondence addressed for the most part to Alfred Étiévant, secretary of the Committee, for the organization of the celebration in honor of Victor Hugo, for the constitution of a Committee and for the erection of a statue in his honor on the square that will bear the name of the illustrious poet. Including: the printed communiqué of the "Comité d'Organisation pour la Fête de Victor Hugo" signed by Alfred Étiévant.
