Biography : Georges Victor-Hugo, pseudonym of Georges Charles Victor Léopold Hugo, is the son of Charles Hugo and the first grandson of Victor Hugo. At the age of 3, he lost his father and was raised by his grandfather who drew inspiration from this experience for his book The Art of Being a Grandfather. He began a career as a painter at an early age and some of his works are now on display at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, notably his drawings of trenches made during the First World War.
