PORCELAIN CUP AND MUG Imperial Manufacture, VIENNA, 1829. Decorated with a polychrome portrait of Emperor Franz I of Austria (1768-1835), dressed as an officer of the Hussars of the Guard, on a matt gold background and framed by a frieze of gold laurel. Cup of the form known as "Jasmin", with flared and curved neck, raised handle in crook with floral decoration, inside with gold bottom surmounted by a frieze of gold foliage on white bottom. The saucer is slightly flared and rests on a heel, with alternating decoration of stars and laurel branches in gold on a mat gold background. Blue marks on the back of the cup and the saucer of the manufacture of Vienna, circa 1829. Very good general condition, wear of time to the saucer. H. : 10,5 cm - Diam. : 10,5 cm and 18 cm.
