SALON HANGER. In gilt bronze, rectangular shape, model known as "l'Indienne", decorated with a young woman sitting on a cushion draped with a tunic, carved under the features of the Empress Josephine, resting on a base decorated with parrots, eagle and a head of Helios on a background of a starry sun. Balance mechanism, white enamel dial, hours in Roman numerals, minutes in Arabic numerals, chased bronze hands. French work, 19th century. Slight wear and tear, but good condition. H. : 34 cm - W. : 25 cm - D. : 12,5 cm.
