Document signed twice by the duke of Orleans, with 9 handwritten lines, and countersigned by Jean-Baptiste Lemoine de Belle-Isle (1716-1791). In 1769, Louis-Philippe d'Orléans (1725-1785), owner of the castle of Saint-Cloud, gave the enjoyment of the pavilion of the Mail, in the park of the castle, to the abbot of Breteuil (1712-1781), chancellor and superintendent of his domains, finances and buildings. In 1772, the Duke of Orleans confirmed the concession in favor of the Baron de Breteuil, nephew of the Abbé de Breteuil, with the obligation to take care of "major and minor repairs". -B12
