Carved oak baluster, the foot with stylized acanthus leaves, the flared shaft with fleurons and drapery falls, on one side the coat of arms of Princess Marie d'Orléans Longueville known as Marie de Nemours (1625-1707), on the other three sides the presumed figure of the Princess. Marie d'Orléans known as Marie de Nemours, born in 1625 and died on June 16, 1707, was the sovereign princess of Neuchâtel and Valangin. Daughter of Henri II d'Orléans-Longueville and Louise de Bourbon-Condé, Mademoiselle de Soissons, she was known until her marriage as Marie d'Orléans, Mademoiselle de Longueville.
