Two embroidered handkerchiefs, covenant arms and crown, France, 1875.


Wedding handkerchief in fine handloom and beautifully embroidered in a corner with plumetis, sand stitch and thrown stitch, the arms of alliance for the marriage of Baron Henri LE PELLETIGER de GLATIGNY (1847-1910) with Octavie BAUDENET de PERRIGNY (1854-1920) marriage which took place in 1875, the coats of arms under tortil of baron and between a greyhound and a lion.


(good condition, a few tiny holes and a small recovery to the linen)


And a handkerchief embroidered with a gothic monogram under tortil of Baron, the border with garland of small fruits and foliage. (some small accidents to the linen)
