* TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE OF PRINCESS EUGENIA OF GREECE. By TÊTARD, Paris, 20th century. Composed of a small teapot, a small coffee pot, a covered sugar bowl, a milk jug and a round presentation tray (not original), in vermeil, ivory handle? decorated in the Empire style with a finely chiseled frieze of laurel leaves, water leaves and acanthus leaves, the opening handles decorated with a flower bud and the spouts with an eagle's head. Each element is engraved with a royal crown, except for the tray. Wear and tear, but good general condition. Title mark: Minerve 1, Paris. Goldsmith's mark: T. frès (Têtard frères) and inventory number: C420. Total gross weight: 1 k 757 g. H. : 15,5 cm to 7 cm. Provenance : former collection of the princess Eugénie de Grèce (1910-1989), daughter of the prince Georges de Grèce and the princess Marie Bonaparte
