LARGE SERVING TRAY. WITH THE COAT OF ARMS OF THE ROYAL HOUSE OF SAVOY. In silver plated metal, of oval shape, with contoured edges and chiselled fine flutes held by crossed knots, engraved in the center of the monogram (C.C.) under a royal crown, probably belonging to Prince Charles-Albert of Savoy-Carignan, King of Sardinia (1798-1849), in a decoration of foliage, scrolls and flowers; on the rim is engraved a coat of arms of the Royal House of Savoy, with openwork handles on the sides. Italian work, mid 19th century. As is. L. : 72,5 cm - W. : 51 cm.
