Printed on watermarked laid paper, surmounted by the Great Arms of the House of France, established at the Tuileries castle, on January 1, 1816 and countersigned by the prince's secretary, General Charles de Fontanes. Bends, traces of humidity, but good general condition. H. : 32,5 cm - W. : 47,5 cm. See illustration page 47.
