Tartine (Nonna Abelarda) La pena dell Esilio. Incomplete story of 14 plates (A well-guarded castle), dated 13/9/1966, of the famous grandmother with superhuman strength, created by Giulio Chierchini in his Renardeau series in 1955 for the magazine "Trottolino" and quickly taken up by Giovan Battista Carpi then Tiberio Colantuoni, translated Tartine Mariol in France. India ink on paper. Pages 1 to 4, 10 to 12, 14 to 20. Dimensions: 30 x 21 cm, each page signed Tib at the bottom. Her French name is given to her in reference to Martine Carol, an actress then very popular. Due to the success of the character, Tartine knows many other media. Several albums were published between 1970 and 1976 by MCL Éditeur3 in France. The story was published in France in 1973 in Tartine Festival.
