Open air fan, circa 1890 Wooden fan of broken type. The figure in the centre, under an imperial crown, is inscribed in a quatrefoil. Metal clasp and tassel. H.t. 24 cm (good condition) Provenance: Sothebys sale, December 17, 2008, "Property from Royal and noble families", lot 72/9. *A folded fan, fabric leaf painted with flowers, is attached. Bone frame engraved and painted with flowers. Bélière. Early 20th century. H.t. 24,5 cm-H.f. 13,9 cm (restorations, wear)
