A three-picture charade entitled "Amischka", performed on 5 April 1871 at the Michel Theatre in St. Petersburg in honour of Emperor Alexander II, whose main characters were played by important members of the court and the imperial family: Countess Keller, Prince John Galitzin, the Grand Dukes Wladimir and Alexis Alexandrovich, Baron Freedericksz, Prince Eugene of Leuchtenberg, Countess Apraxin, etc., and the other members of the imperial family.... Text printed in Russian and French, illustrations coloured and enhanced in gold by Adolphe Charlemagne (1826-1901), printed by A. Paterson, surmounted by the monogram of Emperor Alexander II and his wife Empress Maria Alexandrovna under imperial crown. Wear and tear of time, as is. H.: 38 cm - W.: 26 cm
