Set of 3 L.A.S. and 2 C.A.S. "Boris", dated from 1931 to 1939, some of which are addressed to General-Major Michel Gueorguévitch Khripounoff (1889-1983), Ataman of the Cossacks, various formats, texts in Russian. Enclosed is an envelope addressed to the Grand Duke, with a royal crown on the reverse. Good general condition. Translation: - Mougin, September 28, 1932 addressed to Major-General Khripounoff: "My wife and I thank you and all the Cossack officers and send you our sincere wishes of happiness on the occasion of Easter holidays" - December 6, 1932 addressed to Major-General A. M. Andrianoff: "We thank you and congratulate you on the feast of the Cossack Regiment" - Nice, December 6, 1939, addressed to the Grand Duke by General-Lieutenant Svetchine: "His Majesty's cuirassiers ask Your Imperial Highness to accept their congratulations on the occasion of the feast of the Imperial Guard of the Atamans Regiment of His Imperial Highness the Tsarevich (...)....)" - Biarritz, March 24, 1939, addressed by the Grand Duke to General Constantin Mitrofanovitch (1872-1941): "(...) I fully approve the programme for the feast of November 23. My wife asks me to thank you for your fidelity and your good wishes (...)", etc.
