19th CENTURY ITALIAN SCHOOL. Portrait of the Queen of Sardinia, born Archduchess Maria Adelaide of Austria (1822-1855), wife of King Victor-Emmanuel II of Sardinia, then of Italy. Lithograph signed Francesco Gonin (1808-1889), printed in Turin by Junck and Contrada, surmounted on the upper part of the document by a coat of arms with the Queen's Arms of Alliance, when she was Duchess of Savoy. Attached is a lithograph entitled Iconografia della famiglia reale, gloriosamente regnante signed by G. Hummel and published by Modesto Reycend, depicting members of the Italian royal family during the reign of King Victor-Emmanuel II (1820-1878). As is.
