HARD PORCELAIN PLATE. With central polychrome decoration representing King Charles XIV Jean, born Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte (1763-1844), posing on horseback in front of the population and the army according to a painting by Frédéric Westin (1782-1862) in 1838, framed by the collar of the Royal Order of the Seraphim in gold on a blue background. Mark on the reverse in gold letters "R. Asel (Robert Asel)", circa 1820. Very good condition, wear of time on the saucer. H.: 11 cm - Diam.: 8.5 cm and 14 cm.
