In Paris in 1798, Napoleon surrounded by 170 scholars, archaeologists, astronomers, linguists, historians and botanists invited to participate in the project of the future Egypt Expedition. India ink for page 3 of this illustrated story published by Casterman in 2008. This Napoleonic historical series created by Jacques Martin (script) and André Juillard (drawings) in 1983 for the newspaper Circus, then edited by Glénat was to be reborn by Casterman through a series of "Voyages d'Arno" with Jérôme Mondoloni before the historical publisher opposed the commercial use of the name "Arno".
