The loves of Diana and the shepherd Endymion, circa 1750 Folded fan, the leaf mounted in the English style, and painted with gouache of Endymion under Diana's spell, while a love is about to shoot an arrow at them. Reverse side painted with bouquets of flowers, enhanced with gilding. 19th century Beautiful ivory mount finely cut and engraved with a garden, architecture and a fountain, with two couples bantering. H.t. 29,5 cm - H.f. 15 cm (restorations)
