Very large silver plate, polylobate with a fretted edge. Paris 1731-1732. Size, 43.1cm. Weight: 2,030 g. Attached is a large hollow plate in silver-plated metal, the model, antique, hammered, diameter, 43.1cm. This dish is reminiscent of the large dishes on Le Déjeuner d'Huîtres painted in 1735 by Jean-François de Troy, kept in the Musée Condé at the Château de Chantilly.
