HARD PORCELAIN RAVIER. Manufacture Darte, Paris, late 19th century. In the form of a shuttle, bordered with a broad gold border and decorated with the intertwined monogram of Prince Charles of Sweden (CC) and his wife Princess Ingeborg of Denmark (I) under a royal crown in gold letter, bordered with a broad gold border. A white porcelain dish of round shape, bordered by a wide gold net, marked on the reverse side with the monogram of King Louis-Philipe then Duke of Orleans LPO (Louis Philippe Orléans) under ducal crown. Wear of time, in the state. Marks on the reverse in red letters: Darte, Pal. Royal. H. 5 cm - L. 25 cm - L. 14 cm. H. 3,5 cm - Diam. 14 cm. Provenance : former collection of Prince Charles of Sweden (1861-1951) and his wife Princess Ingeborg of Denmark (1878-1958). Copenhagen, on August 27, 1897, then by succession in the descent of their daughter the princess Margareth (1899-1977), who married on May 22, 1919 the prince Axel of Denmark (1888-1964).
