HUGO Victor (1802-1885). Set of two photographic portraits, one signed Franck in Paris, after a lithograph by Neurdein, representing him in bust around 1870 and the other signed Bauzin in Metz after an engraving by Neurdein, around 1870. A chromolithograph signed Mertens in Brussels of Victor Hugo and a photograph signed Pierre Petit representing Mrs. Hugo are attached. Albumin prints of the period pasted on cardboard with the name of the photographers printed at the bottom and on the back of the documents. Slightly insolated. Business card size. See illustration page 99.
